Two of the following people will be involved in your assessment:
Dr. Jessica Leitch, MEng (Oxon), D.Phil.
Dr Jessica Leitch specialises in 3D motion analysis for runners. She holds a D.Phil. in the biomechanics of running-related injury from the University of Oxford and is responsible for setting-up run3D at The Oxford Motion and Gait Analysis Centre. An avid runner herself, she is a familiar face on Oxfordshire’s road running scene. Jessica has represented Wales in cross-country and road running events.
Joanne Bates, MEng, MSc
Following clinical scientist training in various areas of clinical engineering, Jo has worked full-time in the gait lab for the last three years. She has a particular interest in trunk and upper limb analysis. Jo is a keen sportsperson, having represented Great Britain at marathon kayaking and now participates in triathlon and running events.
Jennifer McCahill BScPT, MPhysio, MCSP
Jennifer is an experienced physiotherapist who specializes in musculoskeletal deformity including foot deformity. Since graduating with her undergraduate degree in Canada (BScPT), Jennifer has worked in Canada, Australia, USA and the UK. She completed her Masters of Physiotherapy while working in Melbourne, Australia. Jennifer has been working in gait analysis for the last 5 years at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
Dr Julie Stebbins, D.Phil.
Dr Stebbins is a state registered clinical scientist, and the Operational Lead for the Oxford Gait Laboratory. She has an active interest in foot and ankle biomechanics in particular, and has published primarily in this area.
